1. The application
0aueshka is a desktop application. Its purpose is to send an email message that the user writes, from a Gmail account that the user chooses to connect. The website at https://0aueshka.my/ describes the application and does not require a login.
2. Gmail
To send that email, 0aueshka uses the Gmail API and the permission https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. The user chooses the account and starts the send. 0aueshka does not use the Gmail API to read, search, modify, or delete the user’s email, contacts, files, or other Google data.
3. User responsibility
The user is responsible for the content and the recipients of messages sent with 0aueshka. The user must follow applicable law and Google’s terms and policies. The user must not use 0aueshka to send unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unsolicited messages.
4. Intimate imagery
0aueshka does not create images and must not be used to create, request, or distribute intimate imagery, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery. The application has no image-generation feature.
5. Availability
0aueshka is provided as available. It may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued.
6. Google
0aueshka is not operated by or affiliated with Google. Gmail and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Use of Gmail and Google APIs is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.
